Students aged 15-18:
First, the parent/guardian will log in using their own e-Government password and give parental consent via the ‘Scholarship/Loan Commitment Form Approval Procedures’ service. The student will then complete the commitment form approval using their own e-Government password.
Students under the age of 15 or without parents:
They can apply to the nearest Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports with their legal guardians, presenting their identity documents, guardianship decision, and necessary documents to complete the commitment form process.
