I don't know what to do in case of problems while logging in with the changed password.

The e-Government Gateway authentication system is case sensitive and the characters must be entered as they are written at the time of password change.
Password changes and updates can only be made by the user. Make sure that the capital letter key is not left on while entering the password.
If the system warns "Your transaction could not be completed due to server problem.", you may not be able to log in due to a technical problem. Please try to login again later with your password.
If your problem still persists and you have previously verified your e-mail address or mobile phone, you can access your password by clicking the forgot password button on the authentication page.
If the verification has not been done, a new password must be obtained from the PTT in Turkey, the Embassies and Consulates abroad, or you can log in with a mobile signature, electronic signature, TR Identity Card or Internet Banking."
