There is an Error in My Address Information at the e-Government Gate.
When logging in from your browser;
• Enter www.turkiye.gov.tr in the address bar to open the e-Government Portal page.
• Click the ‘Log In’ button in the top right menu to log in to the page.
• Click on your name in the top right menu.
• Click on the ‘My Page’ button in the options that appear.
• After switching to the ‘My Information’ tab on the page that opens, click on the ‘Update My Information’ button in the ‘My Address Information’ section on the left side of the page.
To log in via the mobile application;
• Log in via the e-Government Portal mobile application.
• Click on the ‘My Profile’ button in the bottom right corner.
• On the page that opens, click on the ‘Update’ button in the ‘My Identity and Address Information’ section.
Your address details are updated based on the records of the General Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs. If your new address does not appear in the system despite updating it, you must apply to the relevant units of the General Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs of the Ministry of the Interior.
