I think the backup codes I created have been compromised, what should I do?

If you lose your backup codes, think they've been compromised, or need to renew them for any other reason, you can create new backup codes or delete existing ones at any time after logging into your e-Government Gateway account:

• If you're using a web browser, go to Security and Settings > Two-Step Login > Backup Code Transactions.

• If you're using a mobile app, go to My Profile > Two-Step Login > Backup Code Transactions.

Old codes will automatically become inactive when you create new ones.
