I didn't receive the verification code, what should I do?

If the verification code is not entered within the time displayed on the screen, the “Resend” button will appear.
If you do not receive the SMS, you can click this button to request a new verification message.
If the SMS still does not arrive, please check the following on your phone:

• Make sure there is no application on your phone that blocks incoming SMS messages.
• Ensure that your phone has network signal coverage.
• If your phone’s messaging app has a spam or blocked messages folder, check it.
• Contact your mobile operator to have your SMS settings checked.
