I do not have access to my registered device, I cannot receive mobile notifications, how can I log in?

If you no longer have access to your registered device after registering it, if your device has been formatted, or if you have uninstalled and reinstalled your e-Government Gateway mobile app, you may not be able to receive mobile notifications. In this case, you can log in to the e-Government Gateway with your password, wait for the mobile notification period to expire, and then use the "Send Message" button to receive a verification code via text message to your authenticated phone number.
