How will I use my password?
In order to access electronic services, you need to log in to the system with your ID number and the password you received from the general directorate of turkish post or internet banking.
To use services that require e-signature or mobile signature it may also be required e-signature or m-signature. After logging in with your password, you must be change your password. In this case, enter the password you received from the the general directorate of turkish post, and then create a new password that you will determine yourself and consists of certain criteria (explained on the password change page).
After completing these procedures, you can login to the system with your new password.
Please read carefully the warnings on the screen about the password. For your safety, do not share your password with anyone.
