Who Can Get e-Government Password?
The citizens of the Republic of Türkiye turning 15, blue cards owners, and foreigners can receive E-Goverment Gateaway password from the PTT central directorates or its authorized brances by applying in person or via the designated trustee (the trust deed should bear the statement of “the person is authorized to obtain E-Goverment Gateaway Password”) by submitting the identity document with TR Identity Number and photograph on it (identity card, passport and driving license, blue card, residence permit for foreigners,work permit certificate, temporary protection card)
Additionally, persons who have been appointed as guardians by court decision can obtain the e-Government Gateway password through their guardians. Except for these cases, it is not possible to obtain passwords on behalf of someone.
