Can Foreign Citizens Obtain Password?
Foreigners with a foreigner identification number issued by the competent authorities of the Republic of Turkey can obtain a password from the PTT authorized workplaces and agencies by presenting one of the following documents issued by the competent authorities of the Republic of Turkey.
• Valid Residence Permit and passport,
• Valid Temporary Protection Permit,
• Valid International Protection Applicant/ Status Holder Identity Card
• Valid Stateless Person Identity Card
• Work Permit and Passport
