Can Foreign Citizens Obtain Password?
Foreign nationals holding a foreign identity number issued by the competent authorities of the Republic of Turkey may obtain a password from PTT offices or Türksat Cable Offices by presenting one of the following documents issued by the competent authorities of the Republic of Turkey.
• Valid Residence Permit and passport,
• Valid Temporary Protection Permit
• Valid International Protection Applicant/Status Holder Identity Document
• Valid Stateless Person Identity Document
• Work Permit and Passport
