Criminal record checks for persons under 15 years of age cannot be carried out via the e-Government Portal. You will need to contact the Ministry of Justice to obtain the document.
If your child is 15 years of age or older;
Individuals aged 15 and over can obtain an e-Government password. Once your child has obtained their own e-Government password, they can generate a document using the Ministry of Justice's ‘Criminal Record Check’ service, which can be found under the institutions heading on the www.turkiye.gov.tr page.
