Is any fee charged for password?
When the password is first obtained, the PTT charges transaction cost of TRY 2. After obtaining the first password, PTT charges TRY 4 for each password.
Any kind of annual fee is not paid for the password. The fee is paid for once for each password. However, in cases of forgetting or losing the password, if the one prefers obtaining a new password from the PTT in a closed envelope rather than resetting it online, he/she should pay this fee again. This fee is not recorded as an income to E-Goverment Gateaway but charged as a transaction fee by the PTT.
